Formed in 2017, EnfraGen is a developer, owner and operator of specialized renewable solar, hydro and grid stability assets across Latin American investment-grade countries.
Through EnfraGen we focus on supporting the transition to zero-carbon emission electric grids. The firm is divided into two lines of business: Prime Energia, specializing in grid stability power generation with operations in Colombia and Chile, and Fontus Renewables, specializing in value-added renewable generation with operations in Panama and Chile.

Alder Midstream is dedicated to the development, repositioning, and overhaul of global energy infrastructure assets, aiming to foster a more sustainable energy future. Formed in 2019 to meet the growing demand for cleaner power and energy sources, Alder’s current subsidiaries include IACX Energy, a value-added natural gas gathering and processing business and Texas LNG, a late-stage LNG export business. In partnership with Alder, we also own Magnolia LNG, a late-stage LNG export project based in Louisiana.
